Check In / Check Out

• You may check in from 09:00 hours until 24/24 hours.
• You must check out by 13:00 hours.

Cancellations

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Extra Charges

VAT is included. Service charge is included. CHF 2.80 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Parking

Private parking is possible at a location nearby and costs CHF 20.00 per day. Public parking is possible at a location nearby and costs CHF 7.00 per day.

Pets

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs CHF 5.00 per 30 minutes.

Deposit

No deposit will be charged.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children from 7 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 4.
